360 Connect Hub may use Cloudflare when the site is behind Cloudflare to obtain the country code provided in the HTTP_CF_IPCOUNTRY header.

When Cloudflare does not provide that value and country detection is enabled, the plugin may query FreeIPAPI over HTTPS to obtain the country code associated with the visitor IP address. The request contains the visitor IP address. Site owners should disclose this processing to visitors according to their applicable privacy obligations. FreeIPAPI states that its free service allows commercial use and applies rate limits.

Privacy

When a visitor submits the widget, 360 Connect Hub stores the name, email address, selected agent, message, page URL, and country when available in the WordPress database.

Site administrators are responsible for configuring appropriate privacy notices and retention policies according to applicable law.

Development and Source Code

All custom PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and other source code used by this plugin is included in the plugin package. The plugin does not require a build step to regenerate its custom assets.
