• Headless Mode (I already have a contact form): Headless Mode is designed to work with standard frontend form submissions on WordPress websites. It automatically detects when a visitor submits your form and securely routes their data into Reach without changing how your website looks.

How it works:

1. Log in to your Reach dashboard
2. Go to Profile → Account Snapshot to find your Organization ID
3. Install this plugin, paste your Organization ID, select your preferred mode, and save

External services

This plugin relies on the Aalee Reach external service (reach.aalee.ai) to function.
The plugin connects to the Aalee Reach API to capture and sync website leads into your Aalee Reach CRM pipeline.

It loads an external tracking script (reach-v1.js) from our servers to enable either the floating contact widget or the headless form tracking.
When a website visitor submits a contact form (or the floating widget), their input data (such as name, email, phone number, message, and any other form fields) is securely sent to your Aalee Reach account. This data transmission only happens upon active form submission by the visitor.

The collected data is strictly used to populate your Aalee Reach dashboard, allowing you (the website owner) to manage your leads and run targeted follow-up communication, such as Email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns.
