Aarambha Case Management

Aarambha Case Management allows website visitors to submit inquiries through a front-end form, including file attachments, and receive automated email notifications as their case status changes. Administrators manage cases, update statuses, and customize email templates from the WordPress dashboard.

Customer Features

• View and manage all submitted cases from the WordPress dashboard
• Update case status (e.g. Pending, In Progress, Resolved)
• Manage and download customer-submitted attachments
