Under the DPDP Act, businesses (“data fiduciaries”) that collect personal data from users (“data principals”) through their website need to provide appropriate notice, obtain valid consent where required, and maintain consent records. This plugin helps add the Digital Anumati consent banner to a WordPress site without requiring custom code.
The plugin is designed for businesses working on DPDP Act compliance and provides the website consent-banner integration through the Digital Anumati Consent Manager.
This plugin connects to the Digital Anumati Consent Service to display and manage the consent banner.
Service URL: https://consent.digitalanumati.com/
The plugin may load the following JavaScript from Digital Anumati:
https://consent.digitalanumati.com/anumati-dpdp-consent-v1.js
When the integration is configured and a visitor opens the website, the visitor’s browser may request resources from Digital Anumati. Information transmitted to the service may include the website domain, browser/device information, IP address, referrer information, consent preferences, and other information processed by the Digital Anumati service.
An active Digital Anumati account may be required to configure and use the service.
