Adqiro is an ad-blocker detector for WordPress. It uses multiple local detection signals and displays a responsive notice when blocking is detected.
The free edition is fully functional and includes:
The detector is designed to reduce false positives by requiring more than one independent blocking signal before showing the notice.
Adqiro is an independent plugin and is not affiliated with Opera or with any browser, ad-blocking extension, or ad-blocking service vendor mentioned in instructional text.
This plugin includes the Freemius SDK for optional product analytics, licensing, upgrade checkout, and update delivery.
When a site administrator chooses to opt in to Freemius, the SDK may communicate with Freemius servers and send installation, site, plugin, and account-related information as described by Freemius. Freemius also handles Premium licensing and Premium update delivery. The core ad-block detection itself runs locally in the visitor’s browser and does not require Freemius.

Adqiro does not send visitor browsing activity to an ad network as part of detection. The selected popup language may be stored in the visitor’s browser using localStorage so that the same language can be reused on later pages.
See the External services section for information about the optional Freemius SDK connection used by site administrators.
