This plugin provides an optional quick-action button in the Lead Detail sheet that allows administrators to initiate a direct WhatsApp conversation with a lead.

• When and what data is sent: When an administrator clicks the “WhatsApp Chat” button on a lead record, a new browser tab is opened directing to https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=[PHONE]&text=[GREETING]. The lead’s phone number and a pre-filled greeting text are passed via URL query parameters to open WhatsApp. No data is sent automatically in the background.
