IMPORTANT: This plugin is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that requires an active subscription and API key from AI Zone Labs to function. The plugin will not work without this external service.

External Service Dependency

This plugin REQUIRES an external service to function:

Service: AI Zone Labs API (api.aizlabs.com)
Purpose: Chat Agent processing, natural language understanding, and response generation
Data Sent: User questions, conversation history, agent configuration, uploaded knowledge base files

What data is transmitted:
* User chat messages and conversation history
* Agent configuration (instructions, model selection, tools)
* Knowledge base files uploaded for vector search
* Session identifiers (for logged-in users: WordPress session tokens; for guests: UUID cookies)
* WordPress site URL and plugin version

Important Notes:
* An API key from AI Zone Labs is required for the plugin to function
* Without a valid API key, the plugin will display a configuration warning
* User data is processed through AWS Lambda functions via API Gateway
* The service uses OpenAI models for AI processing

Privacy & Data Handling

• Guest users: Session tracking via UUID-based cookies (30-day expiration)
• Logged-in users: Session tracking via WordPress session tokens
• All conversations stored in local WordPress database
• Chat data transmitted to external AI processing service
• No data sold to third parties
• Users should review the privacy policy before using the chat
