This plugin requires a connection to the BaoBrain analytics service to function. The service provides social listening, behavioral analytics, and AI-powered insights for your WooCommerce store.

• When the plugin is activated and connected, it loads tracking scripts from app.baobrain.com/woocommerce/tracker.js and app.baobrain.com/woocommerce/sessions.js on every page of your store’s frontend.
• These scripts collect visitor interaction data including: page views, clicks, scrolls, cart actions, and purchase events.
• Data is sent to app.baobrain.com in real-time as visitors browse your store.
• The data is used to generate behavioral analytics and AI insights viewable in your BaoBrain dashboard.

Google Analytics 4 (optional)

If you configure a GA4 property, the plugin loads Google’s gtag.js script from googletagmanager.com and sends standard analytics events to your GA4 property.

• The script is loaded from www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js
• Standard pageview and e-commerce events are sent to Google Analytics
• This is only active if you configure a GA4 Measurement ID
