Beaconed scans your WooCommerce catalog for exactly what those tools read – titles, descriptions, SEO metadata, structured data, alt text – scores how discoverable each product is, and generates the fixes.

Nothing publishes without you. Every change gets reviewed and approved in the Beaconed app first, including anything written to your SEO plugin’s fields. Auto-publish is there if you want it; it’s just opt-in, not the default.

How it works

1. Connect your store to your Beaconed account from the plugin settings.
2. Beaconed scores your product listings and suggests AI-generated improvements.
3. Review and approve optimizations in the Beaconed app.
4. Approved changes are written back into WooCommerce automatically.

Beaconed works alongside your SEO plugin, not instead of it — Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO, SEOPress, Squirrly SEO, The SEO Framework, and SmartCrawl are all supported.

Privacy and your data

Beaconed sends product data (titles, descriptions, SEO metadata, image URLs and alt text) to the hosted Beaconed platform (https://beaconed.ai) for scoring and AI generation — when you connect, when you run an optimization, and via an hourly heartbeat carrying plugin/WordPress/WooCommerce version info. A scoped API key is issued per site when you connect, and is revoked when you uninstall the plugin.
