CalculatePilot Calculator Embed is a WordPress integration for calculators hosted by CalculatePilot.
Use the included Gutenberg block, classic widget, native integrations where available, or the universal [calculatepilot] shortcode. The plugin generates a responsive iframe whose source is restricted to CalculatePilot’s official /embed/ service.
[calculatepilot] shortcode for builders and editors that process standard WordPress shortcodesExample shortcode:
[calculatepilot calculator="mortgage-calculator" title="Mortgage Calculator" height="520"]
This plugin relies on the CalculatePilot calculator embed service. The calculators themselves are hosted by CalculatePilot and are not bundled inside this WordPress plugin.
When a site owner publishes a page containing a CalculatePilot calculator, the visitor’s browser loads an iframe from https://www.calculatepilot.com/embed/. This means the visitor’s browser connects directly to CalculatePilot to display and operate the calculator. Standard web-request information, such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, and request metadata, may therefore be sent to CalculatePilot. Information entered inside a calculator is handled by the embedded CalculatePilot service as needed to provide the calculator functionality.
The plugin does not make background requests to CalculatePilot simply because it is installed or activated. External connections occur when an editor opens the optional calculator catalogue link or when a visitor views published content containing a CalculatePilot calculator.
CalculatePilot may display its own branding inside calculator content served by the external service. The WordPress plugin does not inject a mandatory credit or “powered by” link into the surrounding site.

Before using the service, site owners should review CalculatePilot’s current terms and privacy information and update their own privacy notice where appropriate.
The universal shortcode can be used in editors and page builders that support standard WordPress shortcodes.
CalculatePilot does not require third-party page builders and does not load their code. Optional native integrations are registered only when the corresponding builder is already active.
