Data Privacy Notice

• Visitor chat messages are sent to your chosen AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI)
• Chat transcripts are stored in your WordPress database
• If lead capture is enabled and a visitor provides their information, that data may be sent to your configured email marketing service
• You are responsible for complying with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
• You should update your website’s privacy policy to disclose the use of AI chatbot services and data collection

No Data Sent to Plugin Developer

This plugin does NOT send any data to the plugin developer (MediaManagement Marketing Services LLC). All API calls go directly from your WordPress site to the services YOU configure (Anthropic, OpenAI, MailPoet, etc.). We do not track, collect, or have access to your conversations or visitor data.
