Accounts on Benchmark’s new platform use a different key (it starts with bme_) and a different API; support for them is on its way, and the key card tells you when you paste one.

• A classic Benchmark Email account (created before April 2026) with an API key

Getting your Benchmark Email API key

1. Log in to your Benchmark Email account.
2. Open Integrations > API (or go straight to Benchmark Email → Integrations).
3. Copy your API key.
4. Paste it into the ClickSyncr Benchmark Email settings of any form.
