External services

This plugin connects to Concie, a third-party AI chat service, to provide the storefront widget. This is required for the plugin to function.

• It loads the widget loader script from the Concie host (default https://shop-main.up.railway.app/loader/), which in turn loads the chat widget. This happens in your visitors’ browsers on storefront pages.
• On activation and whenever you save the settings, it sends your site URL, your Agent ID, and the plugin version to https://app.concie.co/api/woo/connected so your Concie dashboard can mark the channel as live.
