Help customers see what they are choosing. Build interactive 2D and 3D configurators in ConfigUX Studio, then show them on your WordPress website.
Let buyers explore colours, materials and product options, see updated prices, request a quote or continue to your WooCommerce cart.
The plugin is free. A ConfigUX account and the hosted ConfigUX service are required. Service plans, trials and limits are separate from the plugin. See https://configux.com/ for current plans and demos.
Works with a WordPress Shortcode block or an Elementor Shortcode widget. WooCommerce is optional and remains responsible for products, stock, tax, cart, checkout and orders. Purchase prices are validated server-side before cart handoff.
Connection is an explicit administrator action. Activation does not create a ConfigUX account or automatically pair the website.
The plugin uses these ConfigUX services after connection:
Refresh retrieves the paired workspace’s published configurator names, publication identifiers and available preview images, plus this website’s saved connections. It does not publish a configurator or insert it into a page.
Connection exchanges website endpoints, connector capabilities and short-lived proofs. Later requests use site/workspace/publication identifiers and signed request metadata. Embedded pages retrieve the publication and required assets.
Save, quote and cart actions send the selected configuration and enabled inputs. Quotes may include contact details, messages, previews and attachments submitted by the buyer. Cart validation sends the connected product, quantity and configuration. Connected WooCommerce sale/refund reports include order/line identifiers, currency and relevant line amounts; they exclude buyer names, contact details, addresses, payment credentials and free text. Unrelated order lines and historical orders are not reported.

Aggregate configurator statistics count usage and choices without analytics cookies or persistent visitor profiles. Analytics events exclude names, email addresses and free text. Account, quote, saved-configuration, order and security data are processed separately as described in the privacy policy.
This is not a promise that the website or all connected services use no cookies or personal data. Site owners must describe the features they enable and obtain any required consent. Aggregate analytics can be disabled with the configux_cloud_analytics_mode filter.
Disconnect, deactivation, uninstall and cloud-account deletion are separate actions. Retention and deletion follow the applicable ConfigUX service processes and the website owner’s obligations.
