Deo Payment Rules for WooCommerce lets store owners conditionally hide
WooCommerce payment methods using rules based on cart, product,
shipping, billing, and customer context.

The Free plugin includes:

• A Safety Guard that never adds a gateway WooCommerce did not make
  available.
• A Basic Simulator for testing rule outcomes without changing the
  live cart.
• Basic diagnostics, Classic Checkout support, and the validated
  Checkout Blocks foundation.

affiliated with or endorsed by Automattic or WooCommerce.

Data and privacy

Deo Payment Rules for WooCommerce does not transmit data to external
services and does not collect telemetry. Rules and settings are stored
in the local WordPress database. During checkout, rules may read the
WooCommerce context needed for a configured condition, such as cart,
address, user role, or billing email domain, but this plugin does not
send that context externally. Optional debug logging should be enabled
only while troubleshooting and is managed through WooCommerce’s logger.

• Checkout Blocks: tested in the project validation environment for
  gateway visibility and server-calculated behavior.

  environment.
• Multisite: not tested and not advertised as supported.
