DIGISTALTER® Immobilienverwaltung

DIGISTALTER® Immobilienverwaltung turns WordPress into a full property management and presentation system for real estate agents and property companies: a dedicated entry form for properties, a single property page and a filterable archive page that automatically inherit the design of the active theme, a customer inquiry CRM, and an integrated financing calculator. The plugin’s own admin screens and the frontend property pages it renders are in German, matching its intended audience (German-speaking real estate agents); this readme is in English per the WordPress.org plugin directory requirement.

Free and unrestricted

DIGISTALTER® Immobilienverwaltung is free, with no artificial limits on the number of properties you can manage and publish, and no functionality locked behind a paid tier.

Property management

• A dedicated entry form for properties: core data, property details, description, media gallery, energy certificate, marketing details.
• Property type (residential/land/commercial, including subcategories), marketing type (for sale/for rent), and availability as protected, system-managed classifications.
• Fields automatically show or hide to match the selected property type/marketing type and, once visible, are required — preventing incomplete listings.
• An automatic, permanently stable property number for each listing, used as part of the URL, which stays unchanged even if the property is renamed.
• Assign a WordPress user account to each property as its contact person; they appear as a card on the property’s frontend page and receive inquiry notifications for that property.

Customer inquiries (CRM)

• Inquiries from the frontend contact form land automatically in a dedicated inquiry management screen in the backend: status, notes, history.
• Email notification to the contact person assigned to the respective property.
• Spam protection without a CAPTCHA (honeypot, time trap, IP rate limiting).
• Consent is required (GDPR Art. 6(1)); IP addresses are stored in truncated form.
• Complete deletion of a contact, including all linked inquiries, is also available through WordPress’ own tools for exporting/erasing personal data.

Financing calculator

Every property listed for sale shows a sample financing calculation (equity/amortization rate freely adjustable). If a prospect checks the box requesting a financing offer when submitting an inquiry, that inquiry is automatically forwarded to our licensed financing partner in the background. The agent simply sees, on the inquiry, that a financing offer was requested.

Frontend

• The single property page and the archive page with filtering/search inherit the design, typography, and colors of the active theme.
• Media carousel, price-per-square-meter calculation, energy efficiency class scale.
• Works with any block theme; classic themes are supported through a fallback.

Third Party Services

If a prospect requests a financing offer through the inquiry form, this plugin sends their name, email address, phone number, the property’s purchase price, and the values set in the financing calculator (equity, amortization rate) to our own financing partner via a webhook, so that partner can contact the prospect directly with a real offer. This only happens when a prospect actively opts in by checking that box; no data is sent otherwise.
