Contact Sync for Euromsg

Contact Sync for Euromsg connects WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor form submissions to the Related Digital Euromsg Member API.

The plugin is designed around a local queue instead of sending every contact blindly. Contacts are normalized, deduplicated by email hash, checked against local suppression records, and then sent to the configured Euromsg list when synchronization is enabled.

Free version features:

• Sync WooCommerce order customers.
• Sync Elementor form subscribers by matching form keywords.
• Import contacts from CSV into the local queue.
• Prevent duplicate contacts with email hashes.
• Refresh remote suppression signals from Euromsg.
• Store API password encrypted with WordPress salts.
• Provide admin dashboard, queue status, recent records, logs, and manual controls.

The plugin does not include Euromsg credentials. Site administrators must have their own Related Digital Euromsg account and Member API credentials.

External services

This plugin connects to the Related Digital Euromsg Member API when a site administrator saves API credentials and enables synchronization, runs a connection test, manually processes the queue, refreshes suppressions, or when enabled WooCommerce/Elementor events trigger a queued sync.

By default, API requests are sent to:

• https://express-crm-gw.relateddigital.com

Data sent to the external service may include:

• Email address.
• First name.
• Last name.
• Source type, such as WooCommerce order or Elementor form.
• Source reference and local queue metadata.

The plugin uses the /tokens, /{apiKey}/identification, /{apiKey}/list, /{apiKey}/member/{listId}/members, and related Member API endpoints.

The service is provided by Related Digital / Euromsg. Site owners are responsible for reviewing the service terms and privacy policy and for ensuring they have the required consent or legal basis before syncing contact data.
