Price Change Alerts

Price Change Alerts watches every price change in your WooCommerce store and sends a clear email notification to the addresses you choose.

It catches changes from any source: manual edits, quick edit, the built-in CSV importer, REST API, and third-party plugins. Both regular and sale prices are monitored, for simple products and every variation.

Bulk operations are smart: instead of one email per product, changes are grouped into summary emails with a table of all changes. A large import may produce a few batch summaries — never hundreds of separate messages.

Each notification includes the product name, a link to the product page, a link to edit it in the admin, the price type (regular/sale), and the old and new price.

Free version:

External Services

This plugin bundles the Freemius SDK, which is used for licensing and secure checkout of the optional Pro version.

The free version does not contact any external service. The SDK runs in anonymous mode: it is not connected, sends nothing, and shows no opt-in prompt. Nothing leaves your site unless you deliberately opt in yourself.

Opting in is entirely optional and always off until you act. If you click the “Opt In” link that the plugin adds next to itself on the Plugins screen, and confirm on the screen that follows, basic diagnostic data (WordPress and PHP version, site language, site URL, admin email, plugin version) is sent to Freemius. You can opt out again at any time from the same link, which stops all communication.

If you buy and activate a Pro license, the data required to validate and manage that license (license key, site URL, account email) is sent to Freemius. This only happens after you enter a license key.
