ELEMENTARNO Ukraine for WooCommerce

ELEMENTARNO Ukraine for WooCommerce brings the services Ukrainian stores actually use together under one settings screen: WooCommerce → ELEMENTARNO. Every integration is a module you turn on or off, and a module that is off loads no code, scripts or styles at all.

Modules

Payments

• WayForPay — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay on the WayForPay hosted page. Refunds and payment status checks from the order screen.
• LiqPay by PrivatBank — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Refunds and status checks. sandbox_ keys switch test mode on automatically.
• plata by mono (monobank acquiring, formerly monopay) — invoices through the monobank acquiring API. Webhook signatures are verified with ECDSA.

Shipping

• Nova Poshta — city and branch/parcel-locker picker under the checkout contact fields. The directory (areas, cities, ~30 000 branches) is stored in local database tables and refreshed with one click, so checkout never waits for the carrier’s API. Address fields are hidden while Nova Poshta is selected. Per-zone pricing with a free-from-amount threshold.
• Ukrposhta — per-zone shipping method addressed by the standard city and postcode fields.

Integrations

• Checkbox — fiscal receipts (software cash register, ПРРО) for paid orders: automatically when the gateway confirms payment or on a status you pick, or manually from the order screen. Opens the cashier shift when needed, never issues two receipts for one order, and balances every receipt to the kopeck.
• Telegram — new order, paid order and status change messages to any chat, group or channel, with a template.
• TurboSMS — SMS or Viber messages to customers on the order statuses you choose.

How payments are handled

1. The customer is redirected from the WooCommerce receipt page to the provider’s hosted payment page. Card data never touches your site.
2. The provider’s server-to-server callback is verified by signature and checked against the order total and currency before the order is marked paid. Repeated callbacks are ignored, so customers never get duplicate e-mails.
3. The customer returns to the normal WooCommerce order-received page.
4. Refunds and status checks run through the provider API from the WooCommerce admin.

Security and performance

• API keys are shown masked to their last four characters; submitting a key field empty keeps the stored key.
• No external request is ever made while a customer loads the checkout page.
• Telegram, SMS and Checkbox work runs in the background through Action Scheduler, so a slow service never delays an order.
• Debug logs are opt-in per module and never contain credentials.
• HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) and the Cart/Checkout blocks for payments are supported.

The plugin is written from the providers’ published API documentation; it bundles no vendor SDKs.

External services

This plugin connects to third-party services. Each connection happens only when you enable the corresponding module and enter your own credentials for that service. Nothing is sent anywhere by a module that is switched off.

WayForPay

Used by the WayForPay payment module to take card payments. When a customer pays, the order number, amount, currency, item names, quantities and prices, and the customer’s billing details (name, e-mail, phone and billing address) are sent to WayForPay (secure.wayforpay.com) along with your merchant login and a signature. When you refund or check a payment from the admin, the order reference and amount are sent to api.wayforpay.com. WayForPay sends the payment result back to your site.

LiqPay (PrivatBank)

Used by the LiqPay payment module. At checkout the order number, amount, currency, an order description, the customer’s first and last name and your public key are sent to www.liqpay.ua; refunds and status checks send the order reference and amount to the LiqPay API. LiqPay sends the payment result back to your site.

monobank acquiring (plata by mono)

Used by the plata by mono payment module. At checkout the order amount, currency, order reference, item names, quantities and prices, and your site’s return and callback addresses are sent to api.monobank.ua to create an invoice; refunds and status checks send the invoice id and amount. The public key used to verify monobank’s callbacks is fetched from api.monobank.ua.

Nova Poshta

Used by the Nova Poshta shipping module. When you press “Refresh directory now” in the settings, the list of areas, cities and branches is downloaded from api.novaposhta.ua (with your API key, if you entered one). No customer data is sent: the checkout picker only reads the copy stored in your own database.

Checkbox

Used by the Checkbox module to issue fiscal receipts. When a receipt is created, your cash register license key and cashier credentials, the order’s items, quantities, prices, discounts, shipping cost, payment type and total, and — if you enable e-mail receipts — the customer’s e-mail are sent to api.checkbox.ua. Receipts are viewable at check.checkbox.ua.

Telegram

Used by the Telegram module to post order notifications. When an enabled event happens, a message built from your template — which can include the order number, total, items, the customer’s name, phone and e-mail, and the shipping branch — is sent through api.telegram.org to the chats you configured.

TurboSMS

Used by the TurboSMS module to message customers. When an order enters a status you selected, the customer’s phone number and a message built from your template (order number, status, total, customer name, shipping branch) are sent to api.turbosms.ua. The settings screen’s connection check requests your account balance.
