Evosolve Content Review keeps the pages and posts you choose on a regular checking schedule, so out-of-date content gets noticed instead of forgotten.
You pick which content types are tracked (pages and posts by default) and how often each type should be checked. Every tracked item gets a due date from its schedule, and optionally an owner who is responsible for it. The review queue shows what is overdue, due soon, edited since its last check, never checked, or unassigned. From the queue you can record a check with one click (“Still accurate”), push an item back a week (“Snooze 1 week”), or open the full record page for a review with an outcome and a note.
Other everyday touchpoints: a sidebar panel in the post editor with a “Mark reviewed” action, a “Review” column on the posts list with sorting and a row action, a dashboard widget with your overdue and due-soon items, an optional admin-bar count of overdue items (off by default, shown only in the admin), and a weekly email digest that sends each owner the items due in the next 7 days. Every review, schedule change, assignment and note is written to an activity log, and both the queue and the log export to CSV. An optional public “Last reviewed” line (shortcode, block, or automatic insert, plus schema output) shows visitors when a page was last checked.
The plugin is made by AI Plugin Factory (https://aipluginfactory.com/). It is fully functional with no account, licence key, or paid dependency.
This plugin does not track you and makes no external requests: everything runs on your own site. Review records (owner, schedule, review dates, reviewer, notes) and the activity log are stored in your site database. Reminder emails go only to site users who own due content, plus the optional fallback address you set (empty means the site admin email). The public “Last reviewed” display is off by default; when enabled it shows only the review date and, if you choose, the reviewer’s display name.
