Folderit Forms connects a WordPress site to a Folderit account. Administrators can import an existing Folderit e-form template or create a new template, choose a destination folder, customize the visitor experience, and publish the form with a Gutenberg block or shortcode.
Each successful submission creates a Folderit data item. File fields use Folderit’s staged upload process and are attached directly to the matching data item field. Folderit credentials remain on the WordPress server and are never sent to visitors.
Features:
[folderit_form id="123"] shortcode. This plugin connects to Folderit, an external document management service, only after a WordPress administrator enters Folderit OAuth client credentials and chooses an account. When a visitor submits a published form, the entered field values and selected files are transferred to the chosen Folderit account. Authentication requests are sent to https://auth.folderit.com, and API requests are sent to https://api.folderit.com.
