GetInfographic – Article to Infographic & Image Maker

GetInfographic turns an article into an infographic – right inside the WordPress editor. It’s the easy way to go from article to infographic (or any image): paste a post, or let the plugin read it for you, and the AI pulls out the headline, the key points and the real statistics, lays them out on your brand, and lets you edit every word before you spend a credit.

GetInfographic is built for the hard part: turning a whole article into something accurate and on-brand – an infographic your readers actually understand, not a single guessed picture. The same article-to-image flow also makes featured images, social cards and product photos.

Article → infographic (the core)

Open a post and GetInfographic reads it for you. The AI distils the article into an editable structure – a headline, 3–6 key points and only the statistics that actually appear in your text (no invented numbers). Pick a layout that fits the content – pros & cons, comparison, how-to / steps, stats, lists or timeline – then generate a finished, on-brand infographic and save it to your Media Library or set it as the featured image.

Edit before you spend

You review and fix the headline, points and numbers before anything is generated. Credits are deducted only when an image is produced successfully – failed renders cost nothing.

Brand Kit: on-brand by default

Set your colors, heading & body fonts, tone and visual theme once. Every image the plugin makes – infographics, featured images, social cards – inherits them automatically, so your visuals stay consistent across the whole site. Your real logo is overlaid as a watermark rather than redrawn, so it stays accurate.

AI Image Studio: featured & hero images

Generate featured images and hero graphics for any post from a short prompt or the post’s own topic, in the aspect ratio you need, already matching your Brand Kit.

Social Studio: carousels, quote cards & CTAs

Turn a post into a swipeable Instagram-style carousel, a quote card, or a call-to-action image. Preview each slide, tweak the copy, and export – a coherent social set that matches the article and your brand.

WooCommerce product images

When WooCommerce is active, GetInfographic adds bulk product-image tools: background removal and clean, consistent backgrounds across many products at once – useful for tidying up a whole catalog.

Bulk Alt Text (AI) for SEO & accessibility

Generate descriptive alt text in bulk for your existing Media Library images. Better accessibility for screen readers and better image SEO, without writing each one by hand.

Free designer-render mode (no AI credits)

The designer-render mode draws a modern infographic from your Brand Kit on your device – instant, fully editable and free. Carousels, quote cards and CTAs can be rendered for free too, so you can use GetInfographic daily and spend credits only on full AI generation.

Economy (overnight) mode

For large bulk jobs, Economy mode processes edits overnight at about half the credit cost – ideal for big catalogs or back-catalog cleanups where you don’t need the result immediately.

Any language, including right-to-left

GetInfographic renders text in your content’s original language, including Persian and Arabic and other RTL scripts – the words are typeset, never machine-translated.

No model keys – simple credits

There’s no OpenAI or Gemini account to wire up. You connect one free GetInfographic account key, which is stored encrypted in your database, and pay with simple credits (free credits to start, no card required).

How it works

1. Open a post and click Generate (or select text in the editor).
2. The AI distils it into an editable structure – headline, points, stats.
3. Tweak anything, choose a format, and generate.
4. Preview, then save to your Media Library or set it as the featured image.

This is a thin client: the plugin sends your post text to the GetInfographic generation service and saves the result into WordPress. See External services below for exactly what is sent and why.

External services

This plugin connects to the GetInfographic platform API to analyze your article text and generate images. This connection is required for the plugin to function.

• What is sent: the post title and the plain-text body of the post you choose to generate for (HTML, shortcodes and entities are stripped before sending), your generation options (tier, aspect ratio, language, style, brand colors/fonts), and non-identifying client telemetry (platform = “wordpress”, plugin version).
• When: only when you click Analyze / Generate on a specific post (and for the Social Studio / WooCommerce tools when you run them).

Your account key is validated against the service when you save it and is stored encrypted in your database. Submitted content is not used to train models and is not sold.

Pricing & refunds

Generation uses credits from your GetInfographic account (payments via Stripe). You start with free credits and need no credit card to try it. Transparent per-pack and subscription pricing is shown at https://getinfographic.com/#pricing. Failed generations are never charged.
