Go Converto is an AI chatbot that automatically learns your business and answers visitor questions, captures leads, and books appointments — 24/7.

This plugin connects your WordPress site to your Go Converto account in one step:

1. Activate the plugin.
2. Paste your API key (found in your Go Converto dashboard under Widget Settings → Install).
3. Click Connect.

That’s it — your chatbot goes live on every page automatically.

External services

This plugin relies on the Go Converto service to work, and connects to it in two ways:

• Connecting your API key. When you click “Connect” (or “Disconnect”) on the Go Converto settings page, the plugin sends the API key you entered to api.bayshorecommunication.com to verify it and fetch your chatbot’s name. This only happens when an administrator takes that action in wp-admin.
• Loading the chat widget. Once connected, every front-end page loads a script from widget.goconverto.com (the same widget script your Go Converto dashboard hands out manually) so visitors can chat with your bot. This script is not loaded in wp-admin.
