GPL Ji Fast Cache is a lightweight WordPress caching and performance optimization plugin designed to improve page delivery and reduce unnecessary front-end work.
Version 1.0.3 keeps the Free edition focused on caching and basic HTML/CSS/media optimization while reserving advanced JavaScript, LCP, critical CSS, font, preload, and rendering controls for GPL Ji Fast Cache Pro.
The Free version includes:
Separate Mobile Cache is not included in Free and remains a Pro feature.
Creates and serves cached HTML pages for eligible visitors to reduce repeated PHP and WordPress processing.
Control cache lifespan, URL exclusions, cookie exclusions, query-string caching behavior, and logged-in-user caching.
Removes unnecessary whitespace and HTML comments from eligible generated output.
Minifies eligible local external CSS files and inline style blocks. Original source files are not modified.
Combines consecutive compatible local stylesheets into fewer requests. Protected, media-specific, cross-origin, nonce/integrity-protected, and @import stylesheets are skipped where necessary.
Removes the standard ver= query parameter from front-end CSS and JavaScript URLs.
Adds standard Apache cache rules for common static resources when .htaccess is writable.
Enables WordPress lazy loading for eligible front-end images.
Enables lazy loading for eligible iframe embeds and video frames.
Disables WordPress emoji detection scripts and emoji styles on the front end.
Optionally warms the homepage cache automatically after the cache is cleared.
The Free plugin includes a View All Pro Features section in the WordPress admin. It lists only advanced features that are not already available in Free.
Features that have a basic Free counterpart are presented as advanced Pro capabilities instead of being duplicated. Pro includes advanced JavaScript optimization, advanced CSS processing, Remove Unused CSS, Critical CSS, LCP optimization, advanced image handling, Google Fonts optimization, advanced preload, rendering optimization, and advanced cache rules.
After activating GPL Ji Fast Cache, open the plugin from the WordPress admin menu. Configure the available settings, save your changes, and clear the cache after major content or configuration changes.
Page Cache stores generated HTML for eligible front-end GET requests and serves cached responses until the cache expires or is cleared.
Cache Lifespan controls cache validity. URL, query-string, cookie, and logged-in-user controls help prevent caching where dynamic content could serve personalized or changing content.
Minify HTML reduces unnecessary HTML whitespace and comments. Minify CSS optimizes eligible local CSS and inline styles without modifying original source files. Combine CSS combines compatible local stylesheets where safe. Remove Query Strings removes the standard ver= parameter from front-end CSS and JavaScript URLs.
When .htaccess is writable, Browser Cache adds standard caching rules for common static resources.
Lazy Load Images and Lazy Load Iframes and Videos use WordPress-supported loading behavior for eligible front-end media.
Disables WordPress emoji detection scripts and related emoji styles on the front end.
Homepage Cache Preload can warm the homepage cache after cache clearing.
Use Clear Cache after major content or configuration changes when cached HTML needs to be regenerated.
GPL Ji Fast Cache Free does not require an account, license key, analytics service, or external optimization service. Plugin settings and generated cache assets are stored locally on the WordPress installation.
