What data is sent and when:

• The chat widget script is loaded from chat.helplane.io when any page on your site is viewed
• When a visitor opens the chat widget, their messages are sent to HelpLane servers
• For logged-in WordPress users, the following data is automatically sent to identify them:
  • User ID
  • Display name
  • Email address
• When WooCommerce is active, additional customer data may be sent:
  • Order count
  • Total lifetime value (amount spent)
  • Currency
