After installing the plugin, simply enter your HeroChat ID and enable the widget.

External services

This plugin connects to the HeroChat service at app.herochat.io to load and display the live chat widget on your website.

When the widget is enabled, the plugin loads a JavaScript file from app.herochat.io. This request includes your configured HeroChat ID and the current site language. As part of loading the external service, the visitor’s browser may also send technical data typically required for web requests, such as the visitor’s IP address, browser details, and referring page.

This service is provided by HeroChat and is required for the live chat functionality to work.
