HubSynk Connector

HubSynk is an integration platform that connects WooCommerce stores with accounting systems — 1C (UNF, Trade Management, Accounting), SBIS/Saby, EDI operators, marketplaces and CRMs — and keeps catalogs, stock, prices and orders in sync in both directions, exactly 1:1 with the source.

HubSynk Connector is the small companion plugin that runs inside your store. The platform itself works through the standard WooCommerce REST API; the plugin covers the few things the API cannot do on its own:

• Exact order dates. When the platform creates or migrates orders (for example, moving order history from an accounting system to the store), it passes the original creation date in the _hubsynk_date_created order meta field. The plugin applies that date to the order, so reports show when the sale actually happened — not when it was imported. The value is strictly validated (ISO 8601, sane year range); anything else is ignored.
• Instant analytics. Right after such an order is saved, the plugin rebuilds its WooCommerce Analytics rows. Revenue and order reports are correct immediately, without waiting for the scheduled import.
• Version reporting. A tiny endpoint at /wp-json/hubsynk/v1/status returns version numbers only (plugin, WooCommerce, WordPress). The platform uses it to warn the store owner when the plugin is missing or outdated.

What the plugin does not do. It sends no data anywhere, creates no accounts, adds no admin pages and runs no background jobs. It only reacts to REST requests that were already authenticated with WooCommerce API keys that have write permission — the same keys you issue to the platform.

How the integration works

1. In the HubSynk cabinet you connect your store by its address and WooCommerce API keys (read-only by default: nothing is written to the store until you explicitly allow it).
2. The platform builds a mirror of your catalog and orders, matches products and customers with the accounting system by SKU, barcode and tax IDs, and lets you confirm the matches.
3. Exchange runs on a schedule or on demand: orders go to accounting, stock and prices come back to the store, documents are created without duplicates.
