Installatiemanager Opnameformulier

This plugin allows you to integrate intake forms from Installatiemanager directly in your WordPress site.
You can select the fields you want to show in the form, and the data will be sent to Installatiemanager automatically
upon submission. Installatiemanager creates a new intake record for each submission.

Usage

Place a block of the type “Installatiemanager opnameformulier” in a post where you want the form to appear.
In the block settings, enter the assist key you’ve been provided. Now, you will see two columns of fields,
“Selected fields” and “Available fields”. Click on the fields in the “Available fields” column you want to show
in the form. You can sort them using the arrow buttons.

In the user view, the block is replaced by a form containing the selected fields, which, when submitted, will
send the data to the Installatiemanager API to create a new intake record.
