Job Monetizer is a free WordPress plugin powered by the Artha.Link network. Display targeted job listings on your website using shortcodes, Gutenberg blocks, or widgets, and earn revenue from valid clicks (RPC) and job applications (RPA). Jobs are fetched automatically, so listings are always fresh and relevant. Currently supports jobs in the United States, India, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

How it works:

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Add the shortcode [jobmo_feed] to any page or post, or use the Gutenberg blocks.
3. Jobs are automatically displayed from Artha.Link.
4. Earn revenue from valid clicks and applications.

This plugin relies on the Artha.Link API as its core job data provider. All job listings, job details, search filters, and job board functionality are powered by this service.

Artha.Link Job API

What it does: Provides job listing data, job detail pages, search/filter options, and similar job recommendations that power the plugin’s job board functionality.

When data is sent:

• When the job feed shortcode or block is loaded, the plugin sends a request to retrieve job listings. Search keywords, niche keywords, location, and pagination parameters are sent.
• When a visitor views a job detail page, the plugin requests the full job details for that specific job. The job slug is sent.
• When the filter panel is loaded, the plugin requests available filter options (job type, location, and other filter data).
• When similar jobs are displayed, the plugin requests related job listings. The current job slug is sent.

Revenue attribution (apply-click redirect):

• When a visitor clicks an “Apply” button on a job listing, they are redirected to the job application page via a tracking URL. The URL includes query parameters for revenue attribution: a static client ID, the site domain name, and a source identifier. No separate API call is made — the redirect URL is built client-side from the job data. This is required for the plugin to function as a monetization tool — without it, clicks cannot be credited to your site.
