1. BalanceUp is a discretionary overdraft program for debit card purchases only, offered for Lili Pro, Lili Smart, and Lili Premium Account holders. Once enrolled, your Account must remain in good standing with a deposit and spending history that meets our discretionary requirements to maintain access to the feature. BalanceUp overdraft limits of $20-$200 are provided at our sole discretion, and may be revoked any time, with or without notice.

3. The Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) for the Lili Savings Account is variable and may change at any time. The disclosed APY is effective as of January 1, 2025. Must have at least $0.01 in savings to earn interest. The APY applies to balances of up to and including $1,000,000. Any portions of a balance over $1,000,000 will not earn interest or have a yield. Available to Lili Pro, Lili Smart, and Lili Premium account holders only; applicable monthly account fees apply.

Installation from within WordPress

1. Visit Plugins > Add New.
2. Search for Lili.
3. Install and activate the Lili plugin.

Manual installation

1. Upload the entire lili folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Visit Plugins.
3. Activate the Lili plugin.

Third Party Services

This plugin relies on the Lili API (https://prod.lili.co/lili/wordpress) as a core service for the following functionality:

• User authentication and two-factor verification
• Retrieving user account details and transaction history
• Managing authentication tokens and session handling

The plugin requires valid Lili API credentials (Client ID and Secret) to function. All API communications are secured and include:
* Automatic token refresh mechanism
* Retry logic for failed requests
* Request caching to optimize performance
* Error handling for API responses
