Looply — reklamácie a vrátenia

Looply is a service for managing complaints, returns and repair requests for online stores and service businesses in Slovakia. This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to Looply. The customer-facing forms and the plugin interface are in Slovak.

• Embedded form via shortcode — the type attribute selects the form: [looply_form type="reklamacie"] (complaints), [looply_form type="vratenie"] (returns) or [looply_form type="objednavky"] (repair orders). The form automatically adjusts its height.
• Button on orders — in the customer account (My account -> Orders) and on the order page, a “Complaint / Return” button appears with the order number pre-filled. The customer only enters their e-mail to verify ownership and the order data is loaded.
• No changes to your store — the plugin never edits orders and stores no personal data; it only links to the public Looply forms.

Processing (statuses, customer e-mails, legal deadlines, pickups, protocols) happens in Looply. The Start plan is free.

External service

This plugin relies on Looply (https://looply.sk), a third-party service operated by Maldo SK. The plugin does not work without it — a Looply account is required.

What is sent, where and when:

• Embedding a form with the shortcode creates an <iframe> on the page that loads a public form from https://looply.sk/f/<your-public-id>. The iframe loads content from looply.sk (the same as opening the link in a browser). It is initialised by a local script bundled with the plugin (assets/js/looply-embed.js) — no external JavaScript is loaded into the page.
• The order button is a plain link to https://looply.sk/f/<id>?order=<order number>. Nothing is sent to the service until the customer clicks it; the link contains only the order number.
• Order data is loaded by Looply only after the customer enters the order number and e-mail in the form (ownership verification), using your own WooCommerce REST key configured directly in Looply.
