Manojsprinix Category Filter for WooCommerce

Displays WooCommerce product categories (main category, subcategory, and
third-level category) as a collapsible accordion list, or as a dropdown
select filter — your choice.

This plugin combines both an accordion list and a jump-to dropdown
in a single lightweight widget/shortcode, with per-category show/hide
control (including all descendants) and a configurable maximum depth,
without any external service dependency — just plain CSS/JS and core
WooCommerce/WordPress functions.

Features:

• Two display styles — collapsible accordion list or a dropdown select box that jumps straight to the chosen category.
• Widget — add “Manojsprinix Category Filter for WooCommerce” from Appearance > Widgets (via the Legacy Widget block, or directly on classic widget screens).
• Shortcode — [mscfw_product_categories] usable on any page, post, or page builder.
• Admin settings page (“Category Widget” in the left menu) to:
  • Switch between List and Dropdown display style.
  • Choose accordion (click to expand) or always-open hierarchy display (List style).
  • Show/hide the product count next to each category.
  • Set the active/current category highlight color.
  • Set maximum depth (3 = main + sub + third level, or 0 for unlimited).
  • Show or hide individual categories (and their children) from the output.

This plugin only requires WooCommerce to be active — it does not depend on
any specific theme or third-party plugin, so it can be copied to any
WordPress + WooCommerce site and activated directly.
