N.C. External Products

N.C. External Products is a focused WooCommerce utility for stores that want product pages on their own WordPress site while keeping Etsy as the checkout destination.

The free plugin is Etsy-focused and does not include a local product-count cap. Paste a public Etsy listing URL to fetch the listing title, price, description, and image for review, then create a WooCommerce external product that sends shoppers back to Etsy checkout. It also previews CSV rows before import, can enrich missing CSV fields from Etsy listing URLs, helps prevent obvious duplicates, and runs manual link health checks against stored Etsy URLs.

What it does

• Paste one Etsy listing URL and preview detected title, price, description, and image.
• Create a WooCommerce external product from the reviewed Etsy preview.
• Preview CSV imports before creating products.
• Optionally enrich missing CSV fields from Etsy listing URLs during preview.
• Create or update WooCommerce external products from ready rows.
• Store Etsy listing IDs, source URLs, and source image URLs.
• Attach the detected Etsy listing image as the WooCommerce product image when WordPress can download it.
• Check Etsy link health manually from the WordPress admin.
• Show source and link-health columns in the WooCommerce product list.

What it does not do

• It does not use the Etsy API.
• It does not sync Etsy orders, inventory, reviews, messages, or checkout.
• It does not claim affiliation with Etsy.
• It does not connect to a Neon.Computer license server.

N.C. External Products Suite is a separate premium product for supported non-Etsy destinations, automation, exports, image importing, click reporting, and multi-site licensing.

Privacy

This plugin stores import and source metadata inside the WordPress database for products created by the site administrator. It stores Etsy source URLs, Etsy listing IDs when detected, source image URLs when detected or supplied, and manual link health results.

External Services

This plugin connects to Etsy listing URLs when an administrator previews a listing link, enriches CSV rows from listing links, creates a product image from a detected Etsy image URL, or manually runs a link health check. These requests are made from the WordPress site to the public Etsy URL supplied by the administrator. Link preview/enrichment uses GET requests to read public page metadata such as JSON-LD/Open Graph title, description, price, and image. Link health uses a HEAD request first and may fall back to GET if the destination does not support HEAD.
