NexVibe Revenue Insights helps WooCommerce store owners understand product revenue, costs, estimated profit, margins, and sales performance directly inside WordPress.
It does not change your prices automatically, does not require an account, and does not use a cloud server. Every calculation happens locally, using your own WooCommerce data. It never sends store data to any external API or third-party service — the only data that ever leaves your server is the optional weekly report email, sent through WordPress’s own email system to the address you configure.

This figure is product revenue minus product cost, for line items where you’ve entered a cost price. It excludes shipping revenue and tax, and it is not a full business net-profit figure — it doesn’t know about your other operating costs. Products missing a cost price are excluded from the profit and margin totals (never assumed to cost $0), and the dashboard tells you how many products still need a cost price.
NexVibe Revenue Insights does not send store data to any external API, third-party service, or analytics platform. No store URLs, customer data, order data, or product data are ever transmitted off your server for the plugin’s own purposes, and there is no tracking or telemetry of any kind.
The one exception is the Weekly Email Report. It is enabled by default and sends a summary of your revenue, profit, and margin figures through WordPress’s own email system (wp_mail()) to the site administrator’s email address — you can change the recipient or turn it off entirely at any time in Settings.
