Purpose: Processes customer queries and store data to generate real-time responses.
Data Sent: Customer messages entered in the chat widget and relevant store data (such as product details, inventory, and store policies).
When Data is Sent: Data is transmitted only when a user submits a query through the chat interface or when the assistant is triggered to generate a response.
Subprocessors: This service relies on OpenAI (AI processing provider) and IDCloudHost (infrastructure provider). Data is processed solely to generate real-time responses and is not used to train shared or public AI models. All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements requiring confidentiality and secure handling of data.
