Pausalko for WooCommerce

Pausalko for WooCommerce connects your online store to Pausalko — the invoicing and accounting platform for Serbian freelancers and small businesses.

When a customer successfully pays for an order, the plugin automatically:

• Creates a client in Pausalko if they don’t already exist
• Creates products/services if they don’t already exist
• Issues an invoice (for legal entities) or fiscal receipt (for individuals)
• Fiscalizes through SUF (Serbian fiscal system)
• Sends an email with PDF to the customer
• Records the payment as fully paid

All of this happens instantly and automatically — no manual data entry needed.

What gets sent to Pausalko:

• Order details — number, total amount
• Customer info — name, email, phone, company
• Billing address — street, city
• Line items — product name, quantity, price
• Transaction data — transaction ID, auth code, masked card number

Automatic retries: If the Pausalko server is temporarily unreachable, the plugin retries up to 3 times with exponential backoff (2 min, 8 min, 32 min). All attempts are logged in WooCommerce logs and order notes.

Privacy

This plugin sends order and customer data to Pausalko when a payment is completed. The data includes customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and line items. This is necessary for Pausalko to create invoices and fiscal receipts on your behalf. Please refer to the Pausalko Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
