Quotelix Workflow for WooCommerce helps stores collect quote requests instead of direct purchases. It is designed for B2B, wholesale, industrial, distributor, and catalog-heavy WooCommerce stores.

Free features:

• Replace WooCommerce add-to-cart buttons with request-a-quote buttons.
• Enable catalog mode globally.
• Hide prices from logged-out visitors.
• Add product-level quote rules.
• Let customers build a quote list.

Pro features include role-based rules, product category quote rules, bulk SKU quote forms, quote pipeline, PDF quotes, sending priced quotes to customers, quote-to-order conversion, customer quote history, editable email templates, and the floating quote drawer.

Quotelix Workflow Pro for WooCommerce is delivered as a separate plugin outside WordPress.org. A license key does not unlock hidden premium code inside this Lite plugin.

Third-party services

The Lite plugin does not contact external services during normal quote collection, catalog mode, admin quote management, or email notifications.

The admin Pro screen links to Freemius hosted checkout pages when you choose to buy Quotelix Workflow Pro for WooCommerce. Freemius is used to process payments, issue license keys, manage subscriptions, and deliver updates for the separate Pro plugin. If you install Quotelix Workflow Pro for WooCommerce and activate a license there, the Pro plugin sends the license key, site URL, WordPress/admin account details required by Freemius, and plugin metadata to Freemius to activate, validate, deactivate, or update that license.
