RankManager is a lightweight WordPress connector plugin that links your website to the RankManager SaaS platform. All AI intelligence lives in the SaaS — the plugin simply facilitates communication between WordPress and the platform.

Technical Note: This plugin requires an account and connection to the RankManager SaaS platform. Our AI engine processes your content on our secure servers to provide SEO and GEO scores that would otherwise put a heavy load on your server.

• Create New Pages — Enter a keyword or topic, and the SaaS generates a full page draft pushed directly to WordPress.

• SEO & GEO Score Columns — View SEO Score, GEO Score, and lifecycle status directly in your Posts and Pages list.
• Webhook Receiver — Automatically receive score updates, lifecycle changes, and content updates from the SaaS.

Data Privacy

This plugin transmits data to the RankManager SaaS platform (https://api.app.rankmanager.ai) to provide AI scores and content optimization. No data is transmitted until you enter an API key in the settings.

Data sent to RankManager:

• Post/page URL, title, and HTML content
• Meta title and meta description
• Word count, heading counts, image counts, and internal/external link counts
• Structural signals (FAQ blocks, schema markup, editor type)
• Focus keyword (if set via Yoast SEO or Rank Math)
• WooCommerce product data (only when WooCommerce integration is enabled)

When data is sent:

• Automatically when a post or page is saved.
• On demand when you use “Rewrite with AI” or “Sync” features.
