This plugin connects your store to the Relio service, enabling:

• AI Product Recommendations — Relio’s chatbot understands your product catalog and recommends the right products based on customer conversations.
• Add to Cart from Chat — Customers can add recommended products directly to their WooCommerce cart without leaving the chat.
• Order Tracking — Completed orders are reported to Relio for sales attribution, letting you see which conversations led to purchases.
• Automatic Chat Widget — The Relio chat widget is automatically added to your store’s front-end. No code changes needed.

How It Works

1. Install and activate this plugin.
2. Click “Connect to Relio” to link your store.
3. Sign up or log in at relio.chat.
4. Approve the WooCommerce API connection.
5. Your products sync automatically — the AI chatbot is ready.

All chatbot configuration (tone, design, product settings) is managed in the Relio dashboard at relio.chat.

Third-Party Service

This plugin connects to the Relio service (relio.chat) to provide AI chatbot functionality. By activating and connecting this plugin, your store data (product catalog, completed orders) is transmitted to Relio’s servers for processing.
