A font product on a WooCommerce shop is usually a picture of some lettering and a price. This turns it into a specimen a visitor can actually use: one large line set in the product’s own typeface, which they can retype at any size, beside the full character inventory and a spec sheet assembled from the product’s own data.
Everything described here works on any site that installs the plugin. There is no key, nothing to activate, no trial, and no feature waiting behind one.
.woff, .woff2), delivery formats, credits and the specimen text, per product. Ship the family as one variable file or as a file per weight, as many as the family has. Weights and italics are not asked for — they are read off the uploaded font. Leave the specimen text empty and the product falls back to the shop’s default line, and then to the typeface’s own name.[rtm_font_showcase]. WooCommerce’s own add-to-cart form is left exactly where the theme put it.[dir="rtl"] rule beside the one they mirror. The bundled wpml-config.xml tells WPML which of a font product’s fields are writing and which are the typeface itself — the description is translated, the files, weights, metrics and credits are copied. Two extension points, both of them sockets rather than switches: Frontend\Renderer::register_part() hands a partial to the showcase in place of one of its own, and Admin\ProductMeta::register_card() adds a card to the product box. Neither grants anything; there is nothing here that is switched off.
RTM Font Showcase Pro is a separate plugin, distributed by Rometheme at store.rometheme.net, that uses those sockets to add a different specimen and some panels of its own. It is not required, nothing here is withheld from a site that does not have it, and this plugin does not check for it.
