This plugin relies on the Selloway API (https://api.selloway.com), operated by Selloway, to generate the AI chat responses. AI replies cannot be produced locally, so the relevant data must be sent to this service.
What is sent and when:
- When you connect your store (admin action): your license key, site URL, admin email, and plugin/WordPress/WooCommerce versions — to authenticate and register the store.
- When you sync products (admin action): product name, price, description, URL, and the greetings / selling points / add-to-cart message you configure — so the AI can answer about each product.
- When a visitor uses the chat: the visitor’s messages, the current product context, and conversation identifiers — to generate and return the AI reply.
