External Services

This plugin connects to external shipping carrier APIs when the merchant tests the API connection, creates a shipment, creates a barcode/label, or when the scheduled tracking synchronization checks shipment status for orders that were previously sent to the carrier.

• API token retrieval
• Recipient creation

• Shipping label and barcode generation

Data transmitted:

• API authentication credentials entered by the merchant
• Recipient name, address, phone and email
• WooCommerce order reference and shipment information
• Package content, weight and volume data
• Tracking status requests for previously created shipments

Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or newer.
• WooCommerce 7.0 or newer.
• PHP 7.4 or newer.
• Active API credentials for a supported shipping provider.

Currently supported provider:
* DHL eCommerce / MNG Kargo
* Required API subscriptions in Sandbox or Apizone: Identity, Plus Command, Standard Command, Standard Query and Barcode Command.
