SyncBridge keeps your WooCommerce store and HubSpot CRM in sync — reliably. It is a focused sync engine. If you have struggled with sync that loses data, creates duplicate contacts, or breaks on HPOS, SyncBridge is built to address exactly that.
SyncBridge focuses on getting the core data flow right: orders, contacts, and products sync accurately, scheduled jobs are resilient, and the same customer is not created as several contacts. Field mapping is included in the free version.
The Pro version (available separately) adds:
SyncBridge is designed for merchants who already pay for HubSpot and need their order, customer, and product data to arrive accurately and on time — without surprise charges for volume or resync.
This plugin connects to external services. Here is exactly what they are, when they are used, and what data is sent, so you can make an informed decision before installing.
1. HubSpot (your CRM)
SyncBridge syncs your WooCommerce data to your own HubSpot account. When you sync orders, the plugin sends order, customer, product, and (optionally) company data to HubSpot’s API at https://api.hubapi.com so it can create or update the matching Contacts, Deals, Products, and Companies. This is the core purpose of the plugin and only happens for stores you connect.

2. SyncBridge connection service (connect.sync-bridge.tech)
To connect your store to HubSpot securely, the plugin uses a small authorization helper hosted by us at https://connect.sync-bridge.tech. HubSpot’s OAuth requires a confidential client secret that must not ship inside a downloadable plugin, so the secret is kept on this service instead. The service is used only during connection and token renewal. The only data sent to it is the temporary OAuth authorization code and refresh token for your HubSpot connection, plus your site’s return URL — it never receives your contacts, orders, or product data (that goes directly to HubSpot).

3. Freemius (licensing & updates for the Pro version)
SyncBridge uses Freemius to manage licensing, checkout, and updates for the optional Pro version. When you opt in, Freemius collects basic environment and account information (such as your site URL, WordPress and PHP versions, and the email you use at checkout). Opt-in is requested when you activate the plugin and is not required to use the free features.
