External services

The call and WhatsApp buttons are generated by this plugin on your own site and do not contact any external service. The call button opens the visitor’s phone app; the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (wa.me, a service of WhatsApp/Meta) with the number you entered, only when the visitor taps it. If you paste a chat embed code, the plugin loads that chat script from Syntranova Virtual Receptionist servers (virtualreceptionist.com.ai or our automation servers; other addresses are refused). When a visitor uses the chat, the messages, the page address and a random session identifier are sent to Syntranova Virtual Receptionist so the assistant can answer; contact details the visitor types are stored as a lead for the site owner.
