TatinAndCo Delivery Scheduler for WooCommerce

TatinAndCo Delivery Scheduler for WooCommerce adds a pickup or delivery scheduling section to your WooCommerce checkout page. Customers select whether they want to pick up their order or have it delivered, choose a preferred date, and select a time slot — all before placing their order.

First-Time Setup

After activation, the pickup/delivery section will not appear on your checkout page until the plugin has been configured. A yellow notice banner — “WooCommerce Pickup/Delivery Scheduler: Configure now →” — will appear across your WordPress admin panel as a reminder. It disappears automatically once you save your settings for the first time.

Configuration

Navigate to WooCommerce > Pickup/Delivery in your admin panel.

Pickup / Delivery Options

• Set the Pickup and Delivery button labels shown to customers at checkout.
• Set the Minimum Order Amount required to unlock the delivery option. Set to 0 to always allow delivery regardless of order value.
• Enter the Pickup Notice message displayed at the bottom of the section (e.g. pickup address instructions). Leave it blank to hide the notice entirely.

Date Settings

• Set the Minimum Lead Days — how many days ahead the earliest bookable date is.
• Set the Maximum Lead Days — how far ahead customers can book.
• Check the Disabled Days of Week that are never available for pickup or delivery.
• Add Blackout Dates (one per line, YYYY-MM-DD) for public holidays or closures.

Time Settings

• Set your Opening and Closing Time to define the booking window.
• Choose a Time Slot Interval (15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, or 2 hours).
• Add Blackout Times (one per line, HH:MM) to remove specific slots every day.
