More and more people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI answers instead of clicking through search results. Whether your business gets mentioned depends on things you can’t see from inside WordPress: whether AI crawlers are allowed in, whether your text exists without JavaScript, whether your company can be confirmed elsewhere. And in ordinary Google results, titles over 60 characters get cut off and pages without a description get one invented from the middle of a sentence.
This plugin shows both in one screen, under Tools Tedrix check.
Google and AI check (one click)
Press “Check my site” and the home page is checked the way Google and AI assistants read it:
Titles and descriptions (runs locally)
The plugin reads your published posts and pages and lists the ones that show up wrong in Google:
Each row links straight to the editor. It reads whichever SEO plugin you already use (Yoast SEO or Rank Math), so it reflects what actually gets sent to Google.
No account and no signup are needed for either check.
Optional: connect a Tedrix account
Tedrix is a paid service that watches your site in Google Search Console, finds the pages getting fewer visitors, and writes the fixes. If you connect an account under Settings Tedrix, the plugin can also apply fixes you have approved there:
This plugin connects to the Tedrix service, operated by Tedrix (Sweden), in two situations. Swedish-language admins are sent to tedrix.se and everyone else to tedrix.io; it is the same service. Nothing is sent before you take one of the actions below.
https://tedrix.io/api/wp/kontroll (or https://tedrix.se/api/wp/kontroll for Swedish admins). The service fetches your public home page and robots.txt, and looks up the company name in public registers (Allabolag, Hitta, Wikipedia), then returns the result. The address is stored for at most 14 days to check that the results are correct, and is never used to contact you./wp-json/tedrix/v1/) to apply or revert changes you approved. The plugin answers those requests; it does not send your content elsewhere. The titles and descriptions check makes no external requests.
