It sends the following data to the API when:
– Customer sends a chat message
– AI searches for products in your store
– AI looks up order information
– AI generates welcome messages
– AI searches your blog posts and pages

Data sent to the API:
– Customer chat messages and conversation history
– Store information (name, URL, description, contact details)
– Product information (titles, prices, descriptions) when searching
– Order information when customers check order status
– Selected language preference
– API key for authentication

How It Works

1. Install and activate the plugin
2. Get your API key from thiaide.com
3. Enter your API key in Thia Aide > Settings
4. Configure chat position, welcome message, and language
5. The chat widget appears automatically on your website

This plugin connects to the Thia Aide API service at thiaide.com to process chat messages. Customer messages and store information are transmitted securely over HTTPS. Chat history is stored only in the user’s browser session. No user data is collected or stored beyond what is necessary for chat functionality.
