– Purpose: Downloads narrated onboarding guides for first-time setup

– When Used: Automatically downloaded when an administrator first accesses the Plugin (if not already present)
– Data Sent: None (simple file download request)
– Data Received: Audio files (OPUS format, ~2.3 MB total) + version manifest
– Data Stored: Audio files are cached locally in your WordPress uploads directory (wp-content/uploads/whoknew-views/audio/) for offline use
