External Services

This plugin connects to Zitochat external services to provide the live chat widget and real-time messaging functionality.

It loads JavaScript widget assets from:
https://zitochat.store/

It also verifies the Client ID using:
https://api.zitochat.com/

When the plugin is active, the following data may be sent to Zitochat services:

• The configured Client ID for account verification
• Visitor chat messages and interaction data
• Basic browser and device information required for chat functionality

These requests are made only when the chat widget is loaded or when the site administrator verifies the Client ID.
